论物权法对私人财产的保护

私人财产权是自由与个人自治的客观基础,是大力发展商品经济的前提条件。然而我国文化传统导致现实中私有财产处于十分脆弱的地位,经常遭到所谓的公权力的侵袭。因此,对私人财产的保护应成为我国构建市民社会的核心目标之一,物权法对此问题予以了高度的关注。

The right of private property is the foundation of personal freedom,and also the premise of the development of market economy.However,because of our custom,the private property is very weak in real life,and is often attacked by power.So protecting the right of private property should be one of the subjects when we construct civil society.And in the course of Jus Rerem,we must pay attention to this problem.
