摘要
随着企业国际化进程的加快,人才国际间流动也变得更为频繁。由于跨国人才薪酬设计的复杂性,很难找到统一、有效的薪酬设计方法,因此"同工不同酬"事件时有发生。本文在分析跨国企业薪酬组合、"同工不同酬"形成原因的基础上,提出了解决"同工不同酬"的方法。
The alteration of talents between different countries is becoming more frequently with the acceleration of enterprises'international.It difficult to find the standard and efficient way to design the salary because of its complexity,which causes the accident of unequal for equal work,Based on Portfolio of the salary and the reason of unequal for equal work,the solutions are put forwarded.
