摘要
讨论了滤光片光谱透过率的测量方法,分析了产生测量误差的因素,并提出了一种提高测量精度的方法,为准确测量滤光片的光谱透过率提供了一定指导。
The methods to measure the spectral transmission of filters and the measurement errors were discussed in this paper, and a method for improving measurement precision was also presented. Those provide some useful guidance to measure the spectral transmission of filters.
