摘要
本文分析了用衍射光栅测量光波波长和光栅常数的实验原理和数据处理方法:提出了用比较法测量光波波长、用最小二乘法计算光栅常数的新方法。
Data processing and experimentation theory to measure wavelength and grating constant by diffraction grating are analyzed. Comparison to measure wavelength and least square method to calculate grating constant are introduced in this paper.
