Enhance the Personal Qualities to Realize the Students＇All- round Development in Higher Vocational Colleges

人文素质和科学素质是衡量一个人内素质高低的两个重要方面。人文素质较差是社会、用人单位对高职生认可度偏低的主要原因之一。分析高职院校人文素质教育不足、高职生人文素质欠缺的原因，探索高职院校加强人文素质教育的新途径，以实现高职生的全面和谐发展。

Both personal quality and theoretical quality are the two most important elements in examining a person＇s inner quality. One of the reasons why the society and the employers think that the vocational school students have comparatively poor quality is that they are poor in personal quality. This paper analyzes the reasons why the vocational school students have poor personal quality and in the author＇s opinion, personal quality education needs to be enhanced in many ways.
