This paper introduces the concept of emotion and the reasons why emotional communication should be paid attention to in management. It also explains how to make full use of emotional communication in management and how to avoid the mistake understanding of it. The foundation of emotional communication in students＇ management is that they should be respected. The educational purpose is to make the students have superior moral sentiment.
