介绍直接注入法烧氨工艺原理、工艺特点及在中国石化镇海炼化分公司的应用情况。运行一年多来,烧氨效果较为理想,排放烟气中SO_2和NO_x含量低,硫回收率高,操作弹性大,控制过程自动化程度高,运行相当成功。

Direct injection ammonia-burning process is introduced with respects to its principle, characteristic and application in Zhenhai Refinery ＆ Chemical Co. Ltd of Sinopec. The ammonia-burning process has been running satisfactorily since it was put into operation last year, with low SO2 and NOx content in discharged flue gas, high sulphur recovery, good operation flexibility and high level of automatic control.
