摘要
针对湖南省永和磷肥厂硫铁矿沸腾焙烧炉排渣系统存在的问题进行相应的改造。重新设计一套渣车自动控制系统,将运行电动机由交流接触器控制改为交流变频调速器控制,通过调整启动加速时间,可使渣车平稳缓慢地启动,调整停机减速时间,可使渣车平稳准确地停在接渣和倒渣的位置,解决了碰撞问题;将机械式行程开关改为电子式接近开关,并对接近开关的安装进行改进,解决了限位开关的损坏问题。通过改造和调试后,渣车运行正常,故障率大大减少,改造相当成功。
Slag tapping and transportation system for sulphuric acid fluidized bed roaster in Yonghe Phosphate Fertilizer Factory were revamped. A new automatic control system for slag vehicle was designed to control motor running by alternating current convertible frequency governor instead of AC contactor. The slag vehicle could be started smoothly and slowly by adjusting starting and accelerating time and parked exactly at receiving and inver- ting position by adjusting deceleration time. Collision was avoided. Problem with damage of limit switches was solved by substitution of electronical proximity switches for mechanical limit ones and improving the installation of proximity switches. After the revamping and adjusting, the slag vehicle was running well with significantly reduced failure rate. It was a successful improvement.
