飞行编队的作战使用效能的评价指标的实现,首先采用层次分析法确定各因素的权重,再用灰色评估理论建立飞行编队作战效能评估模型。步骤包括:确立飞行编队作战效能的指标体系、应用AHP法确定每个因素集中各因素的权重、确定评估样本矩阵、确定评价灰类、计算灰色评估评估权向量,最后算出评价结果。

Introduce realization of the evaluation index used for the combat capability of the flight formation. Firstly, determine the weight of the factors by using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）, then using the grey evaluation theory to construct the evaluation model of the combat efficiency. The procedure includes： determining the index system of the flight formation＇s combat efficiency, using AHP to ensure the factor weight of every factor set, establishing the evaluation sample matrix, determining the evaluation gray classifications, calculating the weight vector of the grey evaluation, finally, calculating the evaluation results.
