Research on Efficiency Evaluation for Posseman's Aerial Defense Equipment

对民兵防空装备使用情况进行效能评估,以民兵防空作战为总目标,综合民兵、装备、资金、空间、时间等形式表示的广义资源以及敌情、我情、天候、地形等作战环境因素,通过对各级功能指标和性能目标及指标依据权重进行计算,对民兵防空装备使用效能进行效能评估。

Evaluate the use status of posseman＇s aerial defense equipment. Set the posseman aerial defense war as the general aim, to synthesize posseman, equipment, fund, space, time and so on to represent broad sense resource. Meanwhile synthesize situation of enemy＇s and our sides, weather, landform to represent the environment of battle. By using index of all layers and calculating the weight of all indexes, finally evaluate the use efficiency of posseman＇s aerial defense equipment.
