摘要
运用国产GSK980TA车床数控系统对普通C616车床进行经济型数控化改造,选用配套的DY3A系列的步进电机驱动单元确定改造方案,包括数控系统,X、Z两轴步进电机的选择,滚珠丝杠副与齿轮变速箱,主轴传动,自动换刀装置,以及冷却、润滑系统的设计。整体费用不到3万元,使用证明该方案故障小,且完全满足生产需要。
The aim of the project is to introduce the method of the economical NC reformation on common C616 lathe by the application of GSK 980TA NC system. The assorted DY3A series of step electric motor units are used to confirm the reformation scheme, The design units include NC system, selection of step electric motor based on the X and Z axes, bearing ball thread bar fixture, gear-box, principal axis drive device, automated reamer converter, and cooling/lubricate system. Cost of the whole reformation charge is less than ¥30000, while practice shows malfunction of the project is little, and the project can entirely meet production needs.
