摘要
研究了红杉树叶的提取,包括提取条件的正交试验和微波处理对提取的影响,以及红杉树叶提取物清除自由基的活性.结果表明:乙醇提取红杉树叶中的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度40%、提取温度80℃、提取时间1.5h、料液比1;25,该条件下提取率达2.84%;用325W微波对红杉树叶处理80s后再进行提取,提取率增大到4.49%;红杉树叶提取物清除羟基自由基和超氧基自由基的活性与其浓度呈线性关系,其IC50分别为1.33%和0.588%;提取物中存在的叶绿素在一定浓度下会阻碍清除自由基的效果.
The extraction from Sequoia sempervirens leaves, including orthogonal experiment of extracting conditions and effect of microwave treatment on extracting ratio, as well as activity of scavenging free radicals of the extracts were investigated. The results showed: optimum conditions of the extracting were 400./00 ethanol concentration, 80% temperature, 1.5 h time and 1 : 25 ratio of the leaf to solvent (W/ V) , the extracting ratio was 2. 84%. After 80s treatment of 325W powers microwave, the extracting ratios increased to 4.49%. The relationships between the concentrations of the extracts and scavenging capacity of OH and O2^-· free radicals appears linear connection, the IC50 of scavenging OH and O2^-· free radicals were 1. 33% and 0. 588%, respectively.
