摘要
通过对国内巳建成的景观大道如镇江市南徐大道、济南市经十路、日照市迎宾路、临沂市双岭路等的实地调研，分析了景观大道给周边区域带来的市场价值，总结出景观大道规划的范畴应扩大到社会范围和市场范围．至于莱芜市凤凰北路的景观规划则从可持续发展的角度进行前瞻性设计，以求挖掘凤凰北路对周边区域经济的带动潜力．
Through the investigation of the urban thoroughfares such as Nan Xu Road of Zhenjiang City, the Jing Shi Road of Jinan City, the Yingbin Road of Rizhao City, the Shuang Ling Road of LinYi City, this paper analyzes the market value that the thoroughfare landscape bring to the surrounding areas, summarizes that the thoroughfare landscape planning should be expanded to the society and the market areas. Therefore in the landscape planning of Phoenix North Road in Laiwu City, the design should be prospective out of concern for sustainable development so that the promptive potentials to the neighboring economic area shall be brought out.
