自2005年4月中国与印尼宣布建立战略伙伴关系之后,双方经济关系进入一个新的发展阶段。不仅两国贸易快速增长,中国对印尼的投资也不断增加。中国对印尼的投资主要集中在能源、矿产、基础设施领域,制造业领域的投资也开始增加,并采取并购、BOT、投资设厂等对外投资方式。本文就中国对印尼的投资状况、投资领域和方式,以及中国在印尼投资的机遇和挑战进行了分析。

China＇ s outward investments in Indonesia are becoming more and more important in the cooperation process between China and Indonesia. There will emerge a tendency that Indonesia will become one of the major target countries of China＇ s outward investments and China＇ s outward investments in Indonesia will increase year by year. China＇ s outward direct investments in Indonesia flow mostly into areas such as energy, mining, infrastructure and manufacture in the form of merger, BOT and establishing factories. China＇ s outward investments in Indonesia will be enlarged with the closer relationship between the two countries although they are faced with challenges.
