摘要
阐述了发达国家国有资产经营管理的具体实践及国外的成功实践给我们的启示,论述了国有资本经营方式,即委托代理式和资产信托式的具体内容及理论支撑。
In this paper, the specific practice of developed countries in state-owned capital operation management and the implication of successful experience in foreign countries are discussed. In addition, tWO operation modes of state-owned capital, namely, agency and trust and the specific exploration and theoretical support of them are analyzed.
