摘要
定量分析了电子在周期驱动耦合量子阱中的运动情况,导出了绝热近似条件下时间演化算符的表示,计算了不同初始条件下阱中电子数分布随时间演化的关系.
The electron motion in periodically driven quantum well has been quantitatively analyzed. And the time - evolution operator was derived on the condition of adiabatic approximation. Then the relations of electron number distribution varying with time deepening in periodically driven coupled quantum well were specifically computed on different initial conditions.
