摘要 预言了超晶格量子阱的沟道效应和沟道辐射,引入正弦平方势描述超晶格量子阱沟道粒子的运动行为,并在经典力学框架内,把粒子的运动方程化为摆方程。用Jacobian椭圆函数和椭圆积分解析地给出了系统的解和粒子运动周期,导出了量子阱沟道辐射能量与辐射谱的轨道特征。结果表明,对于能量为100 MeV左右的电子,辐射能量可达keV量级(X-能区)。指出了用量子阱沟道辐射作为X-激光或γ-激光的可能性。 The channeling effect and the channeling radiation of a charged particles in the superlattice quantum well are predicted. In the frame of the classical mechanics the motion equation of particles was reduced to the pendulum equation by using the sine-squared potential. The solution of the equation and the( period of the particle motion were expressed exactly by means of Jacobian elliptic function and the 1-st kind elliptic integral. The radiation energy and the frequency properties of the radiation spetrum in the quantum well channel were derived. The results show that the radiation energy can enter the X-energy zone or the y-energy zone for a particle with an energy of 100 MeV. And the possibility to take the radiation as a X-laser or a γ- laser is also pointed out.
