摘要 为实时准确地对螺纹的牙型角(牙型半角)、螺距、导程、螺纹高度、大径、小径、中径、螺纹升角等参数进行测量,并提高测量精度,设计并实现了基于面阵CCD的螺纹参数非接触测量系统。着重研究了该系统的光学成像、螺纹图像预处理、边缘检测、亚像素提取以及摄像机标定等内容,研制了相应的测试分析软件,进行了相应的实验研究。研究结果表明,该系统测量速度快、测试精度高、重复性好。 In order to real-timely and accurately measure thread parameters such as thread angle (tooth-type half-angle), screw-pitch, lead, thread height, major diameter, minor diameter, pitch diameter, helix angle etc, and enhance the measuring accuracy, a non-contact thread parameter measuring system based on an array CCD was designed and achieved. And its optics imagery, preprocessing of images, edge detection, sub-pixel location and camera calibration were emphatically investigated, test and analysis software was excogitated, and corresponding experiments were studied. The results obtained indicate this system has advantages such as quick test, high precision and good repeatability.
