血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死50例疗效观察

Curative Effect of Xuesaitong Injection on Acute Cerebral Infarction of 50 Patients

目的:观察血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:100例患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组用血塞通500 mg加入生理盐水250 mL,静滴,1次/d,15 d为1疗程;对照组用复方丹参注射液16 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静滴,1次/d,15 d为1疗程。观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率(96%)明显高于对照组(84%)(P<0.01);仅发生一例皮疹。结论:血塞通注射液是治疗急性脑梗死安全有效的药物。

Objective：To study the curative effect of Xuesaitong Injection on cerebral infarction. Methods： One hundred patients were divided into two groups at random. The treatment group was treated with Xuesaitong Injection （500 mg in 250 mL of NS by IV infusion）, while the control group was treated with Danshen Injection （16 mL in 250mL of 5%GS by Ⅳ infusion）. Once a day for 15 days. Results： The total effective rate of Xuesaitong Injection was 96%. The total effective rate of Danshen Injection was 84%. The curative effect of treatment group was superior to that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Only in one case rash. Conclusion： Xuesaitong Injection is safe and effective for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
