有序的政治参与不仅是实现我国民主法治建设不可或缺的途径,同时也是当前我国民主政治建设所要达到的一个目标。文章通过对结社和政治参与之间互动关系的阐述,力图证明要推动和实现公民有序、有效的政治参与,需要保障公民结社自由,并要求进一步完善包括社团登记制度在内的社团法制体系。

Orderly political participation is not only the indispensable approach that can realize our country＇ s construction with democracy and constitutionality, but also the goal that our country＇ s construction with democracy and constitutionality manage to achieve. Through the explanation of the relation between association and political participation, the article manages to prove that we must ensure citizens＇ freedom of association and perfect the le- gal systems of association including association＇ s registration system for the sake of advancing and promoting citizens＇ orderly and effective political participation.
