New Thoughts on University's Fix Assets Management

文章就目前"一校多区型"高校固定资产在管理上存在的问题,指出只有加强高校固定资产管理,建立科学合理的管理模式,以管理创新为主线,优化资源配置,实现资源配置与利用的最大化,使资产配置日趋合理,堵塞资产流失渠道,才能提高高校固定资产的使用效率。

According to the present fix assets management in universities with multi-branch campus, the thesis indicates that the fix assets could be efficiently utilized only by means of strengthening its management, building a scientific and reasonable management mode, making the innovative management the main force, in which the innovation management should work as the main force, optimizing resource arrangement, ＇alleviating the current disparities between resource allocation and resource utilization, making resource allocation more reasonable and keeping no way to fix assets losses.
