猪可消化理想氨基酸模式的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 氨基酸是构成蛋白质的基本单位,猪对蛋白质的需要实际上是对构成蛋白质的多种氨基酸的数量及相互比例的需要,还有对可消化氨基酸的吸收利用。本文着重综述猪可消化理想氨基酸模式;影响猪可消化理想氨基酸模式的因素;可消化理想氨基酸模式的作用及应用。
