Determination of Trace Elements in Chaozhou Cool Tea

摘要 实验采用微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法(简称MPT光谱法)测定潮州苦水、山葡萄、清燥茶、熟地、沙参玉竹凉茶中Zn、Mo、Co、Ca、Pb五种微量元素含量,在样品处理过程中,采用了微波消解处理方法进行多元素的消解。在本实验的条件下,各元素的线性关系在0.000—9.000mg/L之间,检出限在0.0900—1.1800mg/L之间,精密度(RSD)在2.18—16.06%范围内,回收率在93.45%—107.21%范围内,结果满意。 This experiment uses the Microwave plasma torch -atomic emission spectrometry( called the MPT spectrographic methods) to determine the content of zinc.molybdenum.cobalt,calcium and lead in five kinds of Chaozhou cool tea such as kushui.shanputao,qingzaocao, shudi, shasbenyuzhu. The Microwave digestion is used to digest many elements during the process of sample preparation. Under this experimental condition,every element has the linear relation with one another between 0. 000mg/L and 9.000 mg/L,the detection limit between 0.0900mg/L and 1. 1800mg/L, RSD between 2.18% and 16.06% ,and the standard recovery between 93.45% and 107.21%. The result is satisfied.
