Economic Growth Mode and System Transition on the Condition of Resource Restraint in China

我国资源约束严重制约了经济、社会与生态环境的可持续发展,文章在对当前我国资源现状及其利用方式进行分析的基础上,提出必须转变经济增长方式,即从不可持续的经济增长方式如何发展为可持续的经济增长方式,这是我国当前经济增长方式转变的唯一选择,而我国经济增长方式转变不能完全依靠市场机制的基础作用,必须充分发挥政府力量,加快体制转型。

Resource restraint has seriously restricted the sustainable development of the economy ecological environment in China, the article proposes to transform the economic growth mode based , society and on the analysis of the current status and utilization of resource. That is, it is the only choice that develop the unsustainable economic growth mode into a sustainable one, which could not depend on the fundamental effect of the market mechanism completely, and requires the government to make great efforts to speed up system transition.
