摘要
通过现场实测,发现水峪矿7101综放工作面顶煤在支架后方有滞后垮落现象,并从理论上分析了产生这种现象的原因,为分析和治理该面采出率低、含矸率高提供了理论依据。
Base on site measurement and theoretical analysis on the top coal movement and displacement in the caving faces, this paper stated a stage type delay caving law of top coal beyond the hydraulic powered supports and analyzed the reason. Due to the delay caving of the top coal part of the top coal will be lost and due the unrational caving steps, the falling roof rock in the gob will rush into the coal load out window and coal will be mixed with the rock or coal refuse. Therefore this has caused a lower coal recovery rate and a higher coal refuse rate. This has been approved by a drilling operation in the gob at a space between the powered supports. Base the study, this paper has provided technical accesses to increase the top coal caving, increase top coal recovery and reduce the coal refuse rate.
