RE Market Dec. 20-31 Price of mixed rare earth carbonate dropped from RMB Y 15,000/ton to RMBY 14,000-14,500/ton affected by continuous price failing of didymium oxide for almost one month. Spot merchandise was tight although price sliped down. It was thought price of mixed RE carbonate would be stabitized at RMB￥14,000/ton.
