摘要 软岩矿井掘进迎头的岩、砂、泥流突涌现象形成过程,原因分析,预防技术措施和突涌工程处理经验。 In Wali Coal Coal Mine of Longkou, there were 4 rock/water inrushes occurred during the period from April to August 1995 and from January to February 1996 with a total rock/water inrush of 1030 m 3. Each rock/water inrush flooded the mine roadway with several dozen meters and caused breakdown of mine production. The cause of the rock/water inrush occurred was that the broken fine sandstone, mud stone and sandy mud stone had a low strength, would be falling and swelling when they were wetted, there would be a high pressure when water inrushed from fault. When inrushed water reached 10 to 30 m 3/h, there would be a displacement, floor heave, spalling and others occurred at the gateway heading face and a rock/water inrush would be occurred at the weak place of the gateway heading face. The conditions for a rock/water inrush occurred are broken rock, fully watered, pressurized waster and free face. After a rock/water inrush occurred in mine roadway, the inrushed material must be cleaned out and the cave in the rock/water zone must be filled with grouting material. In order to prevent rock/water inrush occurred, a drilling and exploration operation must be conducted when a mine roadway, mine shaft and mine inclined shaft excavation in a fault area. A support operation must be strengthened in the rock/water inrush area and a grouting operation must be conducted where a rock/water inrush may be occurred.
