摘要
探讨了XF-1型电磁先导阀中电磁铁与先导阀的力特性匹配关系,并对动作的可靠性进行了分析,进而提出了提高可靠性的措施。
In an electric-hydraulic control system, an electric hydraulic pilot valve is one of the key elements. The function of the electric hydraulic pilot valve can efficiently convert the electric signal of the electric control system into a hydraulic signal. The features and reliability of the electric hydraulic pilot valve will directly influence the features and reliability of the whole system. The paper has provided certain measures to increase the reliability of the electric magnetic pilot valve base on the feature cooperational relationship between the electric magnetic iron and the pilot valve and analysis on action reliability. That is to say to change the working features of the reset spring, to reduce the opening of the valve, to design a rational air gap of an initial terminal, to use a electric magnetic iron structure with a fair absorption feature and to install a small filter at the high pressure inlet of the electric magnetic valve.
