密切关注慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒治疗的动向

Pay Close Attention to Trends and Developments of Anti-viral Therapy for Chronic Hepatitis B

近年不断有关于慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)抗病毒治疗的共识、指南、指导意见、新策略问世。密切关注CHB抗病毒治疗的研究进展和动向,有助于解决临床治疗中所面临的问题,使患者得到最适当的治疗。本文结合近年国内外重要共识、指南,对干扰素和核苷(酸)类似物用于CHB抗病毒治疗的用法、疗程、治疗终点、疗效,以及病毒耐药的类型、相关因素及其预防和处理进行评述,同时提出了我国目前在CHB抗病毒治疗中存在的问题及其解决途径。

In recent years, many articles concerning the consensus, guideline, strategy and instruction of anti-viral therapy for chronic hepatitis B （CHB） have been published. Pay close attention to the trends and developments of anti-viral therapy is helpful in solving problems happened during the treatment of CHB and allowing the patient to receive the most appropriate therapy. In this paper, referring to important published consensus and guideline, use of interferons and nucleoside analogues as anti-viral therapy for CHB and its course, therapeutic end point, efficacy, type of drug resistance and related factors, and the prevention and management of drug resistance are discussed and evaluated. Also, problems occurred currently during the anti-viral therapy for CHB in China and the approaches to solve＇these problems are explored.
