摘要
仪器的校准周期多采用经验或定量分析等方法确定,缺少合理的经济效果分析。校准周期可以在校准的费用和风险中寻求最佳平衡。本文利用田口质量特性反馈控制系统,综合考虑仪器的使用、校准、调整等各个因素,可以给出其最佳校准周期。考虑到仪器的多元测量质量特性,马田系统被用来计算质量损失函数中的初期管理界限和容差。此方法适于各类仪器、测量标准的最佳校准周期确定,经实际运行,已验证其实用性和正确性。
Instrument calibration period is determined by experience or quantitative analysis, lack of reasonable analysis of economic effect. This period can be established by the optimal balance between the calibration cost and risk. This paper, by means of Taguchi method-quality characteristics feedback control system, and considering other factors including instrument operation, calibration, adjustment can give the optimal calibration period. In consideration of the multi-element quality characteristics, Mahalanobis Taguchi System can be used for the initial management limit and tolerance. This method has been applied to the determination of optimal calibration period for all kinds of instrument and measuring standard. Actual operation has verified its practicality and correctness.
