摘要
对含Cu、Zn等耗氰矿物的浮选金精矿,采用“在常温常压下及中碱性介质中以预处理剂浸出除杂,然后氰化”的工艺,金浸出率可达95%以上,氰化钠耗量低于5kg/t。对精矿脱药方式和再磨细度、预处理时间、预处理剂浓度、预处理剂耗量和循环再生性能、矿石适应性能等工艺条件及预处理剂残余物对后续氰化浸出和锌置换的影响的研究表明,该工艺具有操作简便、药耗低、母液循环再生性能良好和氰化浸出指标可靠等特点。
A pretreatment process to cyanidation was adopted for extracting gold from flotation concentrate containing Cu and Zn.Under convenient conditions,leaching recovery of gold reaches over 95%,while consumption of sodium cyanide less than 5kg/t.This study investigated agent removeal methods for concentrates,regrinding fineness,pretreating time,concentration and consumption and circular regenerating property of pretreatment agent.The fitness of the technique to different ores and influence of pretreating agent residual on cyanide leching and zinc-cementation were also studied.Test results have shown that this process is convenient in operation,low in consumption of agent,good circular regeneration and reliable leaching index.
