摘要
根据金刚石触媒合金快速电解法存在的一些问题及生产实践,介绍了快速电解装置、电解工艺、电解液配方及电解液维护方法的改进措施。着重阐述了采用电化学法解决锰的积累及其不良影响的原理和工艺。
In accordance with the shortcomings of the fast electrolytic method in diamond production practices,some improvement measures for electrolytic equipment,technology,the electrolytic solution formula and its preserving method are given.The paper focus on the principle and technology for solving Mn 2+ accumulation by electrochemical method.
