循环经济在新农村建设中的应用模式研究

A Tentative Study of Applied Mode of Recycling Economy in the Building of a New Countryside

党的十六届五中全会明确要求加快发展循环经济。要转变经济增长方式,大力发展循环经济,努力实现"可持续发展能力不断增强,生态环境不断得到改善,资源利用效率显著提高,人与自然关系和谐,整个社会走上生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路"的目标。结合陕西省生态校园创新工程项目实践,全面探讨了在社会主义新农村建设中,如何构建更为合理、科学的循环经济发展模式。

The 5th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee clearly defines the demand for the change of economic growth and a vigorous development of recycling economy. The aim of the demand is that the capability of sustainable development will be steadily enhanced, the ecological environment will be improved and the efficiency of using resources will be increased significantly. At the same time, the harmony between man and nature will be realized to push the whole society onto a path to civilized development featuring the growth of production, an affluent life and a sound ecosystem. This paper discusses the setting of a more reasonable and scientific developing mode of recycling economy with the combination of the innovative project in the ecological campus of Shaanxi province.
