摘要
高炉煤气、焦炉煤气是钢铁生产过程中的副产品,其中高炉煤气气量大,而焦炉煤气的热值较高。随着钢铁工业的发展,炼铁过程中产生的高炉煤气量逐年增加。
Blast Furnace Gas(BFG)and Coke Oven Gas(COG)are by- products in the iron & steel making process. BFG volume is huge and heat value of COG is relatively high along with the development of Iron & Steel industry, the volume of BFG produced in iron making process has increased year by year.
Although more and more surplus BFG and COG have been used so far, part of them have not been fully used resulting in direct burning by flare, which causes severe energy waste and environmental pollution. In recent yeats, BFG & COG - based Combined Cycle Power Plant(CCPP) technology is booming,which provides new room for the utilization of these surplus gases. This article describes in detail how surplus BFG & COG - based CCPP aer used for Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. Due to state of art technology and unprecedented reference in China, this project will lay the foundation for the spread of this conceptual design on the nation wide scale.
In addition,due to the intervention of Clean Development Mechanism(CDM) ,power generation using surplus BFG & COG will also reduce the emission of Green House Gas(GHG), and bring about considerable economic returns for the project developers.
