防爆型大倾角带式输送机的关键技术及应用

Key technique and application of anti-explosive and high-angle belt conveyor

介绍了我国研制的矿用防爆型大倾角带式输送机的几项关键技术，它们是：（1）花纹输送带；（2）四节深槽承载托辊组；（3）可控起动与可控制动装置。并提供了10台典型应用实例的技术参数。

This paper gives an introduction of the key technique of a high-angle belt conveyor in China,they are: (1)λ-shape cleated belt; (2 ) four-roll troughing idlers; (3 ) controlled starting devices and braking device. And the technical parameters of 10 units typical application examples are provided as well
