中国南海海绵Xetospongia testudinaria化学成分研究 被引量:9

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of the Marine Sponge (Xetospongia testudinaria) from the South China Sea

摘要 通过柱层析分离,从中国南海海绵Xetospongiatestudinaria中分离得到3个吲哚化物和1个甾化物。利用1H-NMR、13C-NMR技术结合IR、EI(ESI)-MS谱分析,确定了化合物的结构。经与文献对照,鉴定4个化合物分别为3-吲哚甲醛(1),吲哚甲酸(2),3-吲哚甲酸乙酯(3),3-β-5-烯胆甾醇(4)。所有化合物均为首次从Xetospongiatestudi-naria中得到。 Three indole compounds(namely^1 H-Indole-3-carboxaldehyde( 1 ), ^1H-Indole-3- carboxylic acid (2), and ethyl ^1H-Indole-3-carboxylate(3)) and 3-13-5-en-cholest (4) were isolated from the south China sea sponge, Xetospongia testudinaria, by repeatedly silica gel and Sephedex LH-20 chromatography. Their structures were identified by extensive spectroscopic analysis together with NMR. IR and EI (ESI)-MS spectrum, and further determined by comparing their physical and chemical data with the literature. All the identified compounds are isolated from the sponge, Xetospongia testudinaria, at the first time.
