Non-negative Matrix Factorization and Its Application in GC/MS Data Resolution

摘要 根据化学波谱的基本特征对NMF算法进行了改进,应用改进的NMF进行古井贡酒样GC/MS实验数据解析,得到了比较理想的结果。 According to the characteristics of chemical signals, NMF was improved and used to resolve GUJINGGONG alcohol liquor GC-MS data. The results showed that NMF was a promising resolution method for complex spectra.
