基于GIS的地质灾害气象预警系统研究

Study of Meteorological Forecasting and Warning System of Geological Hazards

利用精细化的气象监测预测手段,应用先进的 GIS 技术、数据库技术和计算机编程技术,开发了一个基于 GIS、空间分辨率可达1km×1km 的地质灾害气象预警系统,实现了地质灾害预报产品的制作、发布、服务的自动化。2006年和2007年汛期业务使用效果表明:该系统运行稳定,有较强的预报能力,准确的捕获了2006年、2007年汛期发生在山西省境内的9次气象因素地质灾害,收到了良好的社会和经济效益。

Using the Refined means of meteorological observation and forecast, advanced GIS, database and computer program technology, meteorological forecasting and warning system of geological hazards is developed which has the horizontal resolution of 1 km × 1 km. This system can actualize higher-level automatic functions including products making, distributing, meteorological service and so on. The operation application in flood season in 2006 and 2007 indicates that it operates steadily and has powerful forecasting functions.
