摘要
采用SH HT-VGOS、H VGO、AQ VGO、DQ VGO及YD VGO 5种原料油,在AP装置上进行了不同反应温度的实验,考察了不同原料油的K、KH、BMCI值及结构参数对丙烯及其它主要裂化产物分布的影响。结果表明,SH HT-VGO与DQ VGO的K、KH、BMCI及结构参数值明显优于其它3种原料油,其裂化性能也明显较好。同时,原料的BMCI、K、KH及结构参数值与产品分布存在一定的关联。K、KH、BMCI能反映原料的裂化性能,并与裂化汽油组成及二次反应性能紧密相关。当不同原料的K、KH、BMCI值较接近时,原料的裂化性能需通过其结构参数作进一步的分析。
Five feeds: SH HT - VGO, SH VCO, Anqing VGO, Daqing VCO and YD VGO were used to carry out a series of cracking experiments under different reaction temperatures in AP unit. The effects of feed characterization parameters such as K , KH BMCI and structure parameters on propylene and other main products distribution were investigated. The results showed that cracking abilities of SH HT - VGO and DQ VGO were much better than the other three feeds according to the values of their K , K H BMCI and structure parameters. The values of K , KH, BMCI can predict the cracking abil- ities of different feeds approximately, and they are related to the properties of gasoline products and abilities of the secondary reactions. The cracking abilities need to be analyzed further by the structure parameters when the values of K , K H, BMCI of feeds are similar.
