摘要
碱锰电池正极中乙炔黑、电解液以及一些正极添加剂的加入将对其放电性能产生一定的影响。调节正极配方中各物质的比例,分别制作成电池后进行放电试验,比较后得出,正极中MnO2∶石墨∶乙炔黑=92∶4∶4时,放电性能最佳,而在这个比例下,正极拌粉过程中,电解液的加入量在100g(正极干材料1000g的情况下)时,无论是恒流放电还是脉冲放电,放电性能均达到最佳。在正极中加入一些金属氧化物作为添加剂,电池的恒阻放电性能和脉冲放电性能也均有不同程度的提升。
In the positive electrode of alkaline Zn- MnO2 battery, the quantity of acetylene black, electrolyte and different oxide affects the battery' s discharge performance greatly. Adjusting the proportion of acetylene black, electrolyte, additives in positive materials, the battery samples were made. It was proved that the best proportion of positive electrode was MnO2: graphite: acetylene black = 92: 4: 4, and the discharge property of battery samples with the above proportion was the best. Keeping the proportion, both constant current discharge results and impulse discharge results were the best when the quantity of electrolyte added to the positive powder was 100g. The property of constant resistance discharge or impulse discharge was improved by different scale when some metal -oxide was added into the positive materials.
