硫代酰胺功能基螯合纤维的制备及其断裂强度的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以腈纶为原料,经过乙二胺交联后,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂与硫化钠反应,合成了一种携带硫代酰胺功能基的螯合功能纤维.探讨了浴比、温度、交联剂用量对纤维交联效果的影响,以及温度、浴比、溶剂用量、反应时间对纤维硫代酰胺化后对Ag+吸附能力的影响.研究结果表明:交联反应的最优条件为反应温度80℃、反应浴比40 mL/g、乙二胺用量3.78 mL/g;硫代酰胺化反应最优条件为反应浴比60 mL/g、DMF用量1.0%(与缓冲溶液的体积比)、反应时间7 h、反应温度80℃;上述条件下制备得到的螯合纤维对Ag+具有一定的吸附能力,同时具有良好的断裂强度. The thioamide-group chelating fiber was prepared by cross-linking of initial polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber with ethylenediamine, and following chemical modification with sodium sulfide. The influence of liquid ratio, reaction temperature, and quantity of ethylenediamine on the cross-linking reaction was discussed. And the influence of reaction temperature, liquid ratio, quantity of DMF, and reaction time on the reaction with sodium sulfide was discussed. The optimum reaction conditions of cross-link reaction were as the following: the reaction temperature was 80 ℃, liquid ratio was 40 mL/g, quantity of ethylenediamine was 3.78 mL/g. The optimum reaction conditions of the reaction with sodium sulfide were as the following: liquid ratio was 60 mL/g, quantity of DMF was 1.0 %, reaction time was 7 h, reaction temperature was 80 ℃. The chelating fibers made in the above conditions had the ability of adsorption to Ag^+, and had better rupture strength.
