摘要
在实验研究基础上开发的型煤双向燃烧方式是实现烟煤洁净燃烧的新型实用技术.型煤采用双向方式燃烧,可减慢挥发分析出速率,降低不完全燃烧热损失,并使燃烧性能稳定,温度场分布合理.利用该技术设计制造的工业锅炉,燃烧Ⅱ类烟煤型煤时,排烟黑度低于林格曼黑度0.5级,排尘浓度低于100mg/m3,燃烧效率达到93%~95%.
The two way combustion method of briquettes developed by means of experiments is a new type of practical clean combustion technology of bituminous .When briquette burns in this method,the separate out speed of volatile matter and incombustible heat loss are reduced,the combustion property is stable and the temperature field distribution is reasonable.The study shows:flue gas blackness is less than Lingeman 0.5 degree,dust concentration is less than 100 mg/m 3,combustion efficiency reaches 93%~95% when Ⅱclass bituminous briquette burns in the boiler designed by using of the technology.
