“2+1”人才培养模式会计人才培养中的新尝试

摘要 “2+1”人才培养模式改革作为广东白云学院的重要举措,受到了学生和企业的欢迎,得到了政府和社会各界的认可,成效初显。“2+1”人才培养模式对象化的研究与实践总结对社会、学校都有着深远的意义。我院会计专业“2+1”人才培养模式研究与实践,“2”的部分基本完成,正在总结完善;“1”的部分,生产性顶岗实习、三导师制顶岗实习巡查指导、网上传课和校外授课等阶段性工作已经全面展开,正在不断探讨、实践,形成特色。 As all important reform measures, the "2 +1" education mode reform has achieved phrasal success, proved welcome by students and enterprises, and gained recognition from government and most fields of society. It is profound to summarize the study and practice of the "2 +1" education mode. For Accounting Specialty, the"2 part has been basically finished and being summarized to be perfect, while for the part, pest apprentice, 3-tutor apprentice inspecting, online class and out-of-campus teaching and other related projects have been put into practice. All of these are in process of continuous study, practice and characterized currently.
