阐述了高校图书馆员职业倦怠的危害性,分析了高校馆员职业倦怠的原因,提出了解决高校图书馆员职业倦怠的一些措施。
This paper expounds the harmfulness of career burnout of University librarian, analyzes the reasons of career burnout of university librarian, and advances some measures for solving the career burnout of university librarian.
