摘要
高校实施素质教育是一项相当复杂的系统工程,无论对于个人、国家还是社会都有着深远的现实意义。文章在对素质教育的内涵认识的基础上,提出了高校实施素质教育的三条关键途径。
Putting the overall quality education into force in universities is a very complicated systematic project, which has profound realistic meaning to the individual, nation and society. This article firstly recounts the connotation of the overall quality education, then introduces three key approaches of enforcing the overall quality education.
