The Policy on Investment of APEC and It's Effect on China

自1991年我国加入APEC组织以来,该组织对我国的经济发展产生了深远的影响,尤其在投资方面对我国引进外资起到了积极的推动作用。加入WTO后,我国更应该充分利用APEC组织具有的开放性和自愿性等特点,积极稳妥地推进我国投资自由化的进程。

Since China joined in APEC in 1991, the organization has affected the economic development of our country deeply. In particular, APEC plays a positive role in bringing foreign investment into China. After we joining in WTO, we should make full use of the open and voluntary nature of APEC, in order to push forward the process of Chinese investment liberalization actively and steadily.
