摘要
营养素对于免疫系统来说是十分重要的,当运动员经受超负荷高强度训练对免疫系统造成损伤的时候,一个重要的方法就是通过补充营养素来增强运动员的免疫机能。本文着重分析了主要的营养素糖、脂肪、蛋白质与运动免疫的关系,从而提示运动员在运动训练过程中能够合理的平衡膳食,尽可能地将运动引起的免疫抑制因素降低,最终达到提高运动水平的目的。
Nutrients for the immune system is very important, the player withstand high intensity training load on the immune system caused by injury, is an important way to add nutrients to enhance immune function athletes, the paper focused on analysis of the different nutrients and immunization campaigns, thus suggested that athletes in the training process as much as possible to have a reasonable balance between dietary factors immune suppression caused by movement will reduce and ultimately achieve the purpose of raising the level of campaign.
