摘要
高职教育的人才培养目标要求高职教育要不断创新办学模式,深化教学改革,特别是在实践教学环节上更应加强校企合作,实现毕业生就业与企业所需之间的“零距离”。为此,我院从2004级学生开始实施“2+1”教学模式。日前,我们对学生顶岗实习情况进行了调研,调研的结果具有重要的启示作用。
The talent - training aims of higher vocational education require that higher vocational education must innovate the modes of education constantly, further teaching reforms, especially impose cooperation of college and enterprise in practical teaching procedures and realize the ＂zero distance＂ between the employment for college graduates and enterprise needs. According to the gist of a document involved from above, our college starts to carry out 2 ＋ 1 teaching mode among students in Grade 2004 and we have made a thorough survey and research on their working practice. The following is the result and enlightenment of our survey and research.
