摘要
城乡结合部是我国社会转型时期各种社会矛盾冲突的交汇地,住户来源复杂,家庭教育不利因素多,社会环境严峻,中学生发展面临极大压力。城乡结合部中学应针对生源和环境的特殊性,通过学校文化建设,促进家庭、学校、社区的合作,构建富有民主、多元、凸现区域特色的教育生态环境。
There are various conflicts against the middle school in urban and rural connecting areas in the social transformation. Complex home environment and social tenement produce unfavorable effects on growth of students. The cultural development of the school must adopt new methods, not only involving schools and the families, but also having the support of the community.
