摘要
农村中学数学教师对教学反思的认识不足、行为偏失,要改变现状,教师要从反思的理论和实践两方面寻找原因,提出了可行的措施和策略,有利于农村中学数学教师的专业成长。
Middle school Math teachers in rural area haven't fully reflected on their teaching and taken relative measures. In order to change recent condition, teachers should find out the reasons from the aspects of theories and practice. At the same time, teachers should promote relative measures strategies to perfect middle school math teachers' teaching skills.
